The problem

Great work – but your Google rating doesn't show it

What changes when someone actually takes the time to manage reviews properly.

Without review management

  • 37 reviews in eight years – and your unhappiest customers wrote most of them.
  • An angry one-star rant sits unanswered at the top of your profile. For months.
  • Happy customers say "of course I'll leave a review" – and never do.
  • Your competitor has 4.7 stars and 300 reviews. Guess who gets the call.

With Brandboutique

  • A steady stream of fresh reviews – every customer gets asked, at the right moment.
  • Every review gets a professional reply within one business day. Yes, every single one.
  • Negative reviews are de-escalated calmly – and reported to Google when they break the rules.
  • Your rating becomes a sales asset: more profile clicks, more calls, more bookings.
Why reviews pay off

The numbers behind online reviews

Four facts from recent studies – and what they mean for your business.

98%

of consumers read online reviews for local businesses. Your rating is your shop window – seen long before your website.

+5–9%

more revenue per extra star, according to Harvard Business School's well-known Yelp study. Stars are money.

88%

of consumers are more likely to use a business that replies to all its reviews. Silence costs you customers.

~16%

of your local Google ranking is driven by review signals, according to industry ranking-factor surveys. Reviews are SEO.

  • You approve the playbook once – then we run it

Negative-review handling

What our clients say about review management

Three businesses from our client work – on what changed when their reviews were handled.

★★★★★

Direct access to the person running things, a proper conversation every week, and no fluff. For the first time the budget feels like it's working for us and not the agency.

G. A.

★★★★★

We're a small place on a small budget, and they treated us like it mattered. More guests find us now and book with us directly instead of through the booking sites — it's changed how the whole season feels.

Common questions

What to know before you start

The ten questions we get asked most about review management.

How do you get more reviews – without breaking Google's rules?
We never buy, fake or incentivise reviews – and we don't do "review gating" (only asking happy customers and filtering out the rest). All of that violates Google's policies and can get your profile suspended. What we do instead: ask every customer, at the right moment, through the easiest possible channel – email, SMS or a QR code at the point of sale. Most businesses have far more happy customers than reviews. We simply close that gap.
What happens when I get a negative review?
You get an alert, we draft a calm, professional reply – and for sensitive cases nothing goes live without your sign-off. If a Google review is fake or violates the platform's policies, we file a takedown request. An honest word: a genuine negative review from a real customer can't be deleted. But a composed, helpful reply next to it often builds more trust than another five-star review.
Which platforms do you cover?
Google Business Profile is always the core – it's what people see when they search for you, and it feeds your local ranking. On top of that, whatever matters in your industry: TripAdvisor and Booking.com for hospitality, Trustpilot for e-commerce and services, Facebook recommendations. We agree the set together in your reputation audit.
Is this a review management software or a done-for-you service?
A service – real humans, not another dashboard. Most review management software gives you tools and leaves the writing to you. We're the opposite: a done-for-you review management service – we send the invitations, write the replies and compile the report. No software to learn, no licence fee. And if a self-service reputation management software genuinely fits your team better, we'll tell you honestly.
Why a flat €270/month – and can I really cancel monthly?
Yes, really. Review management has a predictable scope, so it gets a predictable price: €270/month flat (excl. VAT), no setup fee, no minimum term, cancel monthly. Our other services run on longer terms because SEO and ads need runway to deliver – this one doesn't.
Is review management included in your packages?
Yes. It's included at no extra cost in the Growth package (€1,470/mo) and the Premium package (from €2,490/mo). The €270/mo flat rate is for businesses that want just this one thing handled properly.
How fast will I see results?
The first new reviews typically arrive within 2–4 weeks of your invitation flows going live. How fast your average moves depends on your starting point: with 20 reviews, ten new five-star reviews shift the needle visibly; with 300, it takes longer. A realistic horizon for a noticeable rating change is 3–6 months.
Do I have to reply to reviews myself?
No – that's the point of "done for you". We write and publish every reply in your tone of voice, based on guidelines you approve once at the start. Only sensitive cases – legal threats, factual disputes, very personal complaints – come to you before they go live.
Do reviews actually affect my Google ranking?
Yes. Review signals – volume, recency, rating and replies – are an established local ranking factor; industry surveys put them at roughly 16% of the Maps Pack algorithm. And beyond the algorithm: a 4.7 with 200 reviews gets the click over a 3.9 with 30, every time.
What does the reporting look like?
One monthly report, readable in five minutes: new reviews per platform, your average rating trend, our response times, and the recurring themes in what customers write – praise and complaints. No dashboard to log into, no jargon.
